Why We Charge Tax Only In New Jersey
We are legally required to collect sales tax in the state of New Jersey because we have what's called sales tax nexus. This typically means we either:
• Have a physical or operational presence (such as employees or offices), or
• Exceed certain thresholds for sales or transactions in New Jersey
In all other U.S. states, we do not currently collect sales tax. So if your shipping address is outside of New Jersey, your order will not include any sales tax at checkout.
