What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at finaldestinymedia@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to finaldestinymedia@gmail.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).
